Eva Longoria Parker host the Rally for Kids sponsored by MSN's Wonderwall.com benefiting Padres Contra Cancer and Chidren's Hospital. The event featured a Live performance by a talented little kid fallowed by the Escovedo family. The Escovedo's include legendary percussionist Pete Escovedo, daughter and Prince protege Sheila E and Peter Michael Escovedo on vocals and drums. His band was the house band on the Wayne Brady Show. It ended with a rendition of Oye Como Va with Eva, Rosalyn Sanchez and Maria Conchita Alonso.
In attendance were; Rosalyn Sanchez, Maria Conchito Alonso, Jacob Vargas, Gene Simmons, Shannon Tweed, Bai Ling, Nadine velasquez and many more.
Over I had a good time, It's not a party if no one gets thrown into the pool and two went in. It was nice to Eva I used to work with her on the Young & the Restless. She so Mexican she used to take the flowers home at the end of the day like it was a quincienera. Might as well they get thrown out either way she once said "you should grab some for your mom they're a lot!". Peter Micheal's band played on the same lot since Wayne Brady was filmed at CBS's Television City Studios as well.
Any one know anything about video? I got the perfrmance in some AVI file I can't view or open.
